Our projects

Synthika Trust has been running special school, dedicated to make differently abled children self-confident and to provide them a place in the society where they are not only accepted but also respected for their special abilities. The school is fully committed and dedicated for the rehabilitation of children with Intellectually disabled, Cerebral palsy, Autism and Multiple disability. The Children who do not show much progress on the academics are encouraged to pursue vocational training programs.
At SYNHTIKA TRUST we provide children with disabilities with skill development of Conservation through gardening which aims to empower them with practical skills, environmental awareness and a sense of responsibility towards water and soil conservation, ultimately fostering a more sustainable and inclusive future. The primary aim of conservation through gardening for disabled children is skill Development. To equip children with disabilities with practical skills in gardening and conservation. This includes understanding how to use water efficiently, implementing soil conservation techniques, and nurturing plant life. Reasons for providing our children with gardening practice:
  • Environmental awareness: Engaging differently abled children in gardening promotes environmental consciousness. It helps them understand the importance of conserving natural resources like water and soil for the well-being of the planet.
  • Therapeutic Benefits: Gardening offers therapeutic benefits for children with disabilities. It provides sensory stimulation, encourages physical activity and fosters a sense of accomplishment and self-esteem.
  • Educational Opportunity: Gardening serves as a hands-on educational platform where children can learn about plant life cycles, ecosystems and the interdependence of living organisms. Conservation practices like water and soil management become tangible lessons.
  • Self-Reliance: To equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to grow their own food and maintain green spaces independently. It also empowers them by offering them a means to contribute meaningfully to their community and organization.
Synthika Trust “Free Food Distribution” has been a beacon of hope and sustenance for the community. Our commitment to addressing food insecurity has resulted in significant achievements and positive impacts on the lives of those we serve. We distribute 110 free food packets every day to individuals, particularly pregnant women and feeding mothers in government hospitals and Primary Health Centres (PHCs). The provision of free food in healthcare settings serves multiple purposes, primarily revolving around the well-being and health of the patients. This thoughtful initiative gives

Providing special education for differently-abled children is essential to ensure that every child, regardless of their ability has the opportunity to reach their full potential and lead a fulfilling life. Differently abled children often have unique learning styles and challenges. Special education programs tailor instruction to meet the individual needs of each student, allowing for personalized learning plans that address specific strengths and weaknesses.
Speech Therapy We provide speech therapy to the intellectually disabled children because they face challenges in communication, language development and speech articulation. Intellectual disabilities can affect various cognitive functions, including language processing and expression.
Occupation Therapy Occupational therapy is crucial for differently abled children as it focuses on enhancing their ability to participate in daily activities and achieve a higher level of independence. Differently abled children often face challenges in various aspects of life due to physical, cognitive, sensory or developmental differences.
Physiotherapy We provide Physiotherapy to the children in need to address physical challenges, improve mobility and enhance overall functional abilities. Physiotherapy plays a crucial role in promoting optimal physical development and improving the quality of life for these children.
Vocational Training We provide Vocational training to differently abled children to empower them with the skills and knowledge necessary for meaningful employment and independent living. This type of training focuses on developing practical and job-specific skills that align with the individuals’ abilities and interests.

Synthika Trust conducting Community Awareness Program for a physical and mentally challenged individuals. By raising awareness about physical and mental challenges, the program aims to foster an inclusive society where children with disabilities are accepted, respected and given equal opportunities.

Many communities in India hold misconceptions and stigma surrounding disabilities. The program works to dispel these myths and educate the public about the realities of living with physical and mental challenges, reducing discrimination and promoting empathy.

Families of children with disabilities often face societal pressures and lack of support. The awareness program provides families with information, resources and support networks to better understand and address the needs of their children, empowering them to advocate for their rights and access appropriate services.

Many children with disabilities in India face barriers in accessing healthcare, education and social services. By raising awareness, the program encourages communities to support initiatives that improve access to these essential services, ensuring that children with disabilities receive the care and support they need to thrive.

At SYNTHIKA TRUST, we take the responsibility of Having a clean green environment very seriously as we consider our earth as our home and it’s our duty to keep our home and surrounding clean. We do this in mainly ways: –
  • Conducting awareness campaigns in schools, colleges, and communities:
  • Schools: Organize workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions to educate students about environmental issues, sustainable practices, and the importance of conservation.
  • Colleges: Conduct competitions, debates, and exhibitions to engage college students in discussions about environmental conservation and encourage them to take action.
  • Communities: Use community gatherings, social media, and local events to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote sustainable living practices.

  • Organizing tree plantation drives and clean-up campaigns:
  • Tree Plantation Drives: Organize large-scale tree planting events in collaboration with local communities, schools, and businesses to increase green cover and combat deforestation.
  • Clean-up Campaigns: Mobilize volunteers to clean up beaches, parks, riversides, and other public spaces to reduce pollution and promote cleanliness.
  • Implementing waste management programs to reduce plastic usage:
  • Reduce, Reuse, recycle: Encourage individuals and businesses to reduce plastic usage, reuse plastic items, and recycle plastic waste.
  • Composting: Promote composting of organic waste to reduce the amount of waste going to landfills.
  • Awareness Campaigns: Educate people about the environmental impact of plastic and the importance of proper waste management through workshops, campaigns, and educational materials.
  • Conducting workshops on sustainable agriculture and water conservation:
  • Sustainable Agriculture: Organize workshops on organic farming, use of natural fertilizers, and crop rotation to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
  • Water Conservation: Conduct workshops on rainwater harvesting, drip irrigation, and efficient water use in agriculture and households to conserve water resources.

At Synthika Trust, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their abilities. So, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive skilling initiatives tailored to the unique needs of differently-abled children. Through our innovative programs and inclusive approach, we aim to empower these children with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in an ever-changing world. Our skilling programs are carefully designed to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of differently-abled children. From basic literacy and numeracy skills to vocational training and job readiness programs, we offer a wide range of opportunities for children to learn, grow and succeed. Our programs are delivered by experienced educators and specialists who are passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where every child feels valued and supported.

Right now, we are depending on the state electricity board for our electrical needs. And its erratic and fluctuates a lot during day. Due to which we are planning to move to de-centralized solar power to help our children home have a steady amount of electricity which will be helpful for the children too and at the same time we would be doing our part in Carbon Footprint reduction and fight against Global Warming

This fund would be utilized in the growing of kitchen garden in terms of vegetables and fruits like - potatoes, onions, brinjals, pumpkins, gourds, beans, peas, mango, melons, chilies, tomatoes which would make us self-reliant slowly and also at the same time help in the conservation of the soil in the nearby area of our home

By raising awareness about physical and mentally challenges, we can promote inclusion among society for the differently abled and can enhance access to service to who are all in need. Mainly we assist them with government schemes and facilities.

By providing training in practical skills, we not only equip these children with valuable vocational abilities but also foster a sense of independency, purpose and dignity.

By offering nutritious food, we help these women maintain optimal health during pregnancy and lactation, promoting healthy fetal development and supporting breastfeeding success.

By improving cognitive, sensory and motor integration skills, these accessories empower children with autism and intellectual disability to overcome challenges and thrive in their daily lives. Your contribution directly enhances the quality of life for these children, fostering greater independence, confidence and inclusion. With your support we can continue to make meaningful strides in unlocking the full potential of every child with intellectual disability. Training materials required for day-to-day activities. The annual budget for procuring these items is Rs 350000/- (Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand) for 50 Children.

Synthika Trust have 50 children in their home. They provide three daily meals, education and shelter support for the special children.
